Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Manager, Remediations Management to lead a portfolio of compliance and remediation programs across transmission and distribution. You will oversee budgets, performance, and strategic initiatives while partnering with Operations and stakeholders to remove barriers and improve outcomes.

Your leadership will drive regulatory compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement, ensuring safe, reliable energy delivery and environmental remediation

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supervising a team and/or managing projects.
• Experience in energy delivery or distribution, preventing electrical service interruptions.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.

In this job, you’ll lead a portfolio of critical Transmission and Distribution compliance and remediation programs, including HF/NHF P2/P3 remediation, GO 165 inspections, compliance notifications, and environmental remediation activities. The role is accountable for program performance, Capital and O&M budget management, operational planning, and resolving execution barriers through strong partnership with Operations and key stakeholders. The Senior Manager also provides leadership across performance management, regulatory compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple complex energy delivery projects including research, design, equipment specification and selection, installation, start-up, commissioning and evaluation of work progress and results.
• Manages and drives intra-day schedules and levers in real time to meet service goals and ensure business continuity.
• Leads the implementation of multiple strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, leading all aspects of day-to-day resource coordination to achieve performance goals.
• Manages the processing of new work and the scheduling of work with internal and external stakeholders, tracking performance and conducting ad-hoc analysis in support of the company's goals.
• Oversees and monitors project or program revenues, profitability, and cash management to meet or exceed budgeted and forecasted values, tracking budget utilization to ensure efficient and effective usage. Manages and implements process and system improvements, manages communications, coordinates and delivers trainings for essential business processes, and drives development of new resources and tools.
• Oversees and manages department metrics, owning and updating business processes and documentation. Manages employee performance and establishes performance expectations and goals aligned with company objectives, policies and procedures.
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
• Experience in energy delivery or distribution, preventing electrical service interruptions.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership & Program Management: Proven ability to lead complex programs and drive results.
• Utility Operations & Compliance: Experience with Transmission and distribution operations, design, compliance, inspections, or remediation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong ability to influence stakeholders, resolve barriers, and improve performance.

Additional Information

• This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
