Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in the Boston area seeks a Senior Manager, Business Capability Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between regulatory business stakeholders and Digital & Technology teams, enabling delivery of regulatory data and system capabilities across the GRIDS portfolio.

You will elicit, shape, and translate business needs into actionable requirements, assess end-to-end data impacts, and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and value-driven, while partnering with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8–12+ years of business analysis experience in life sciences or regulatory domains.
Experience with regulatory systems (e.g., Veeva RIM).
Strong understanding of GxP environments and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements with stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to define use cases and regulatory needs.
Assess end-to-end process and data impacts of new capabilities.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Digital & Technology teams to support agile delivery.
Serve as interface between business and technical teams for alignment.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and data quality improvements.
Support consistency of business analysis standards and methodologies.
Contribute to implementation and adoption of regulatory capabilities.
