Bloomingdale's in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Manager, Special Events to lead regional experiential marketing that translates enterprise campaigns into local activations, partnerships, and in-store experiences. You will work with regional leadership and store leaders to identify opportunities, optimize budgets, and drive growth through engaging customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years related experience.
• Effective communication, concise presentation of information.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the regional event and experiential marketing strategy to drive engagement, loyalty, and sales.
• Develops a regional growth strategy with leadership, identifying localized opportunities and elevating events and activations.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to advance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through high-impact experiences.
• Leads and coaches the regional Event Coordinator, establishing standards and continuous process improvement.
• Cultivates sponsorships, brand collaborations, and community partnerships to expand brand presence and opportunities.
