The Senior Manager of Quality Programs is responsible for designing, leading, and scaling quality programs across the product lifecycle—from design and supplier onboarding through manufacturing, market release, and post-market surveillance. This role partners closely with R’D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded into processes, not inspected in after the fact.
This leader will manage complex, cross-functional programs, translate quality strategy into execution, and drive measurable improvements in product performance, compliance, and consumer satisfaction.
The annual salary range for this position is $112,500 — $172,500 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
