Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. seeks an experienced Regulatory Management professional to lead QMS, ensure compliance, and support CHAP/NABP accreditation across the Twinsburg distribution center and related networks. You will guide policy development, mentor staff, coordinate accreditation site visits, participate in audits, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with operations and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• BA, BS, or equivalent in related field preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• 8-12 years’ experience preferred.
• Working knowledge with healthcare accreditation agencies.
• Project management skills.
• Previous leader/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads or participates in development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Provides guidance to management and staff on regulatory and quality matters.
• Prepares for accreditation site visits for CHAP, ACHC, NABP and URAC.
• Mentors less experienced colleagues and leads complex projects.
• Coordinates inspections and internal audits; supports licensure and regulatory changes.
