The role requires a Master’s degree in science/engineering and at least five years in quality leadership, with strong data analysis and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or QA leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, systems, and standards; certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of quality practices, regulatory compliance in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to analyze data, interpret quality metrics, and apply statistics to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, planning, and project management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Implement, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System per customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal audits and supplier/ customer audits with timely follow-up of findings.
• Investigate root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate containment actions and investigations.
• Monitor QMS performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure documentation and procedures align with certifications and regulatory expectations.
