Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, or Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety and incident review programs across the unit.
• Drive quality by adhering to cGMPs and approvals of deviations.
• Manage daily operations of personnel, including attendance and performance.
• Maintain the daily/weekly production schedule and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, validation and technical services.
• Promote operational excellence through Six Sigma, CAPA and related Lilly tools.
