Centene is seeking a senior leader to manage a Provider Relations team across market territories, driving performance improvements and network transformation strategies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in provider relations, plus formal management leadership.

Leads team of Provider Relations Representatives, Network Performance Advisors and/or Provider Relations Supervisors to effectively manage assigned region and/or market territory. Develops Provider Relations Team to achieve market performance targets through the implementation and execution of network transformation strategies in order to improve overall Network Performance. Candidate Education: Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Required 6+ years of experience in provider relations or similar background
Required 3+ years of management experience
Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
