Point32Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Provider Performance to lead the PPM Team in optimizing the clinical provider network and ensuring high-quality patient care. The role oversees externally managed relationships and drives performance improvements across the network.
The position requires a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field, 8–10 years of professional experience, and strong analytical and leadership capabilities. A Master’s degree is preferred.

The Senior Manager of Provider Performance leads the PPM Team in the development and execution of strategies aimed at optimizing the performance of our clinical provider network. The role plays a crucial role in achieving the highest standards of patient care and provider performance. Additionally, this role has oversight of Tufts Medicare Preferred Externally Managed relationships (Care Management and Utilization Management).

The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization. The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; as well as internal equity. As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay. Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remains in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
