Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access. Lead strategy to provide secure, governed third-party AI agent access to Google Workspace, enabling live data collaboration and scalable collaboration across tens of thousands of associates.
You will define the road map for read-write access, build API/broker layers, and drive adoption while ensuring guardrails and robust security and compliance with Risk and Cyber teams.
Senior Manager, Product Management, Google MCP & Agent Access Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.
As the Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access, you will lead the strategy and development of Capital One's approach to secure, governed access for third-party AI agents into Google Workspace. In this highly visible role, you will govern how agentic tools such as Claude Code read and write Google Workspace data on an associate's behalf. You will empower associates to integrate agents with Google Workspace APIs through a single, reusable governance pattern. This is a high impact role, shaping how AI agents interact with the productivity tools used by tens of thousands of associates across Capital One. We are looking for a collaborative, technically curious, and user focused product manager who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about shaping the future of AI within Capital One.
