Senior Manager, Product Design, LoopNet

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team of designers embedded across product teams. This role will drive design excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent user experiences across the LoopNet platform.

Location: Arlington, VA. In-office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers.
• Maintain and evolve LoopNet’s design system and design operations practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and design best practices.
• Align design efforts with product roadmaps and team priorities.
• Conduct design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to drive quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
• 7+ years of Product Design experience, including team leadership.
• Experience in marketplace or real-estate platforms preferred.
• Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product design and development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
