The Senior Manager, Process Excellence position in Caremark’s Center of Excellence requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, seeking to transform our business and be a part of a Fortune 6 company. The position is a part of our enterprise supporting a team focused on process improvement, change management and transformation in all facets of our business. As the Senior Manager, Process Excellence, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end, large-scale enterprise-wide transformations. You will lead highly complex initiatives, shape direction, and influence senior leadership while operating with a high degree of autonomy. You will also play a critical role in elevating team capability through coaching Managers and Senior Analysts. This role requires and individual who is a thought leader and is able to establish and influence governance, KPIs and sustainability models.
