Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Process Engineering, & Strategy Management to standardize how engineering work is designed, executed, and measured across the organization. The role partners with Product and cross-functional teams to embed scalable processes into the tools teams already use.

You will lead a team spanning tooling product management, UI/UX for internal platforms, and process and data audit, reporting to the VP of Engineering and Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and improve business or engineering processes across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience embedding processes in tools and driving adoption across multiple teams or business units.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end engineering workflows and scalable standards for intake, prioritization, delivery, documentation, and operational metrics.
• Audit adoption of standards; drive corrective action without creating a police function.
• Turn process designs into requirements for internal tools, automation, and BI surfaces; partner with Tools Engineering and Data Visualization.
