As a Senior Manager on the Price & Value Innovation team, you will contribute to developing holistic, customer‑centric price and value strategies & plans that inspire customers to consistently choose CVS as their health and wellness retailer of choice. Our goal is to accelerate growth in sales units and customer trips. In this role, you will operate in an ambiguous, innovative environment. Ability to learn quickly, think critically in white space will be critical to success. Senior Managers will partner with a team to drive a deep understanding of the CVS customer and their needs.
You will accomplish this by:
Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail analytics or a related occupation. Ability to operate in an ambiguous, innovative environment, learn quickly and think critically in white space Retail basics (i.e., Category Management), and merchandising organizational structures and processes Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Analytical and problem‑solving skills

The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
