Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Manager MPPS Experience Optimization to drive data-driven policy and provider experience improvements. You will lead cross-functional initiatives using claims, coding, and reimbursement data to reduce administrative burden and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership of optimization programs, governance, and measuring outcomes while partnering with analytics, policy, and operations teams to deliver tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, policy, coding, claims, or related functions.
• Supervisory or people leadership experience required.
• Ability to translate data into actionable policy recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 and reimbursement concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating findings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance medical and payment policy optimization opportunities.
• Lead data-driven policy improvements across pre- and post-payment stages.
• Provide strategic leadership for experience optimization programs.
• Partner with analytics and technology teams for reporting and insights.
• Influence senior leaders and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
