  • Define, monitor, and improve key operational metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and optimize end-to-end pharmacy fulfillment workflows
  • Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, staffing models, and space utilization in partnership with site leadership to ensure compliant, efficient, and cost-effective operations

  • Analyze financial and operational data, including P&L performance, to identify trends, manage costs, evaluate performance, and inform strategic and tactical decisions
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for significant site-level operational events, leading issue resolution, risk mitigation, and recovery efforts to maintain safe, reliable, and uninterrupted service
  • Establish and oversee audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes to maintain inspection readiness and uphold regulatory and operational standards
  • Lead the regional implementation of corporate initiatives, ensuring site readiness, stakeholder alignment, effective change management, and consistent execution
  • Support new site launches, operational transitions, expansions, and restructuring initiatives to enable scalable growth and maintain continuity of pharmacy services
