That's No Moon, an independent studio of storytellers and game-makers, seeks a Senior Manager, People Operations to align people strategy with a growing business. You will coach senior leadership on org design, workforce planning, and performance management, and lead the People team across HR, talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, and DEI globally.
