Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks a Senior Manager/Manager of Analysis to join our Operations Finance team, supporting Anchor facilities in Northeast Arkansas. This role provides strategic financial leadership and analysis to drive operational improvements and support strategic decision‑making.

You will partner with manufacturing and finance teams to close gaps, create value, and transform operations through actionable insights.

Qualifications

Experience in financial analysis, accounting or operations finance.
Strategic thinker who improves processes and drives value.
Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and presenting insights.
Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proven track record leading projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with manufacturing and finance to analyze cost drivers and priorities.
Identify performance drivers with leadership and execute improvement work plans.
Develop strategic plans to improve production and spending efficiency.
Lead operations bet tracking and performance analysis for opportunities.
Manage financial planning, reporting and analytics for sites.
Advance economic thinking on capital and expense investments with manufacturing.
Contribute to monthly forecasting and explain variances and opportunities.
Create leadership presentations to support strategic initiatives.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to challenge the status quo.
