Job Responsibilities
- Oversee, lead, and manage technical activities across one or more engineering disciplines.
- Evaluate the outcomes of research and development projects to ensure the achievement of technical objectives.
- Select, mentor, and assess personnel to ensure efficient and effective operation of the team.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to develop front-end modules for the high-volume, fast-paced cellular handset market.
- Engage in all phases of product development, including:
- Product definition and architecture
- System budget analysis
- Transistor-level circuit design
- Multi-chip module (MCM) design
- Layout and layout supervision
- Lab debugging and production support
Required QualificationsPreferred Qualifications- Strong understanding of the MIPI standard.
- Demonstrated ability to bring products from concept to full production release.
- Experience managing, training, and mentoring RF design engineers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to decompose complex problems, set priorities, report progress effectively, and execute projects according to schedule.
- Passion for encouraging technical and professional development, as well as optimizing design flows and processes.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting base pay will be based on factors such as experience, skills, education, market demands, responsibilities, and location. The client offers a variety of base pay ranges for U.S. locations.
