City National Bank seeks an senior leader to own and drive mortgage secondary market activities from sales to servicing. You will manage product guidelines, pricing, and investor relationships, ensuring best execution and profitability across agencies and private investors.

The role partners with US Mortgage Banking Product and Pricing and Treasury, developing new programs and liquidity strategies while complying with regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Extensive experience in residential mortgage secondary marketing.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead mortgage secondary market activities and initiatives.
• Manage product, investor, and trading/counterparty relationships.
• Identify new investors with high liquidity and strong execution.
• Optimize profitability through pricing and operational analysis.
• Coordinate with Treasury on balance sheet management and hedging.
• Execute Fannie Mae pooling and private investor sales with best execution.
