You will guide a high-performing implementation team, coach talent, and optimize spend while delivering measurable improvements in cycle time and quality. The role requires BS/BA and 7+ years in merchandising or related fields, with strong Excel/planogram software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7+ years of experience in a related role.
• Proven leadership of merchandising projects and teams across large networks.
• Experience with standardizing processes and improving cycle times, quality, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and standardization of processes, tools, and templates for project planning and space planning.
• Oversees the merchandising project team and drives on-time, on-scope delivery within budget.
• Builds relationships with field teams, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to ensure rollout of merchandising changes.
