Manage budgets, estimates, vendors, resource plans, risks, and cross-team dependencies; provide transparent status reporting and timely escalation; and confirm that delivered capabilities achieve agreed business outcomes.
  • 15% - Ensure operational reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Oversee service performance, incidents, problem management, audit readiness, cybersecurity, access controls, data integrity, and lifecycle health. Partner with architecture, data, Quality, Technology Services, and vendors to simplify the landscape and apply automation, analytics, AI, and standard integration patterns where they provide sustainable value.
