You will drive revenue through donor, sponsor, and volunteer leadership engagement while delivering high-quality event experiences.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, leading event planning, budgets, and vendor coordination, and growing the donor pipeline to deepen long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years successful experience in fundraising and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead planning and execution of event fundraising activities including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within the portfolio.
