Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive supply chain initiatives in Morris Plains, NJ. You will lead transformation programs, partner with cross-functional teams, develop governance, track KPIs, and deliver business benefits across manufacturing, planning, logistics and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of supply chain transformation projects aligned with the ISC roadmap.
• Support digital, automation, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Drive business process improvements utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements across manufacturing, planning, logistics, procurement, and distribution operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance processes, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Monitor transformation progress, track KPIs, and provide updates to ISC leadership.
• Support cost-to-serve, network optimization, and productivity improvement through data analysis and business cases.
• Facilitate change management activities to enable adoption of new processes and tools.
• Leverage data analytics and BI tools to identify insights and support decision-making.
• Support due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions or strategic initiatives as required.
• Collaborate with ISC and other functions to ensure alignment and successful transformation execution.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Support the implementation of digital, automation, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in a transformation environment, preferably with a supply chain organization.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity.
• Passion for challenging the status quo, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital enablement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to influence decisions and outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling governance frameworks.
• Project management certifications or advanced training in change leadership.
