Description

The Senior Manager IS Business Relationship and Program Manager is a technology position overseeing IT strategic business relationships and program management operations. Reporting to the Director of IS Project and Solution Delivery, this role researches, coordinates, and delivers strategic business and technical projects aligned with the firm's objectives. The Senior Manager partners with stakeholders to solve business problems through technology, managing product selection and implementing solutions to enhance technical capabilities.

This role involves interaction with internal stakeholders to understand strategy, scope, and needs, executing projects accordingly.

What you will do:

1. Programs:

• Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate progress, and handle expectations.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor threats to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all project deliverables.

Capability Management:

• Assist with capacity planning by assessing current and future technology needs.
• Support and oversee IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategies.

IT Business Relationship Management:

• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning services.
• Serve as a business analyst to bridge gaps between business leaders and IT solutions.

People Management:

• Align team goals with enterprise objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer or Information Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in IT/IS processes and governance.
• Minimum 7 years in IT/IS program/project management in leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Reliable, able to work under pressure, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s Degree.
• Over 10 years in technology-related program management.
• Experience with Professional Services and large-scale implementations.
