Job summary

K2 Integrity is seeking a manager to join its Investigations and Disputes practice in the United States. The role focuses on corporate fraud, bribery and corruption investigations, due diligence, asset search, litigation support, and risk advisory services, with leadership in client engagement and project management.

The ideal candidate has a track record in leading research-focused investigations, supervising teams, and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in dispute/investigation consulting or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with corporate, legal, or government clients preferred.
• Proficiency in public records, investigative, and financial research resources.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage detailed public records investigations using a wide range of sources.
• Provide leadership and oversight of team members on engagement work plans; supervise staff, review deliverables, and manage budgets.
• Manage fraud investigations and internal corporate investigations across multiple workstreams.
• Assist in business development including proposals and marketing participation.
• Build and manage client relationships through delivery and execution.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently.
