**ROLE SUMMARY**Pfizer is seeking a **Senior Manager of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS)** to serve as a strategic advisor to brand leaders within the Vaccines business. Reporting to the IIS Therapeutic Team Lead, this role is responsible for generating actionable insights that drive commercial performance, inform business decisions, and unlock growth opportunities. As part of the Global Commercial Analytics organization, the Senior Manager will integrate market research, analytics, and commercial performance data to address critical business questions across vaccine brands and franchises. This individual will translate complex information into clear, compelling recommendations and serve as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
