Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or client engagement, with financial services experience preferred
• Experience supporting integrated marketing efforts across content, digital, email, events, or paid media
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, including meeting facilitation, public speaking and story development
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing programs aligned to key business priorities, including coordinating timelines, assets, and compliance approvals
• Serve as a point of contact for client-facing teams by helping to prepare and deliver regular marketing updates, materials, and communications
• Gather and share market insights, campaign results, and industry trends to inform ongoing marketing efforts and improve program effectiveness
