Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Sr. Manager, Business & Legal Affairs to support the in-house legal team across hospitality, venue management, merchandise, sales, marketing, and corporate operations.

You will manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism, provide practical business-focused legal guidance, and draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements. Located in New York City or Frisco, TX, this role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and current bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4-6 years of practicing attorney experience, preferably transactional/in-house.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial agreements (hospitality, venue, licensing, sponsorship).
• Familiarity with intellectual property concepts and IP licensing.

Responsibilities

• Administer overall legal strategy and governance for Legends Global.
• Draft, negotiate, and oversee hospitality, venue, merchandise, sponsorship, and licensing agreements.
• Provide due diligence support and legal analysis for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic transactions.
• Advise on IP matters and brand protection in licensing and white-label arrangements.
• Develop policies, playbooks, and scalable processes; research applicable laws and summarize findings for stakeholders.
