Cytokinetics, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Manager of Healthcare Compliance. This in-office role reports to the Director, Healthcare Compliance and collaborates across Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to strengthen our risk-based monitoring program.

The position is based in South San Francisco, CA or Radnor, PA with up to 25% travel. The candidate will develop training, oversight frameworks, and reporting on monitoring results, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical / life science & health law compliance.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life science related matters.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a risk-based compliance monitoring and oversight program across Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams.
• Travel nationwide to participate in live monitoring of field activities and training.
• Coach and provide compliance guidance to Field-based personnel.
• Prepare summaries and reports of monitoring results, risk assessments, and training outcomes.
