Marsh seeks an Informatics Leader to support the Federal Health Practice, directing data and informatics initiatives across the federal health space and aligning efforts with executive leadership to meet client expectations.

You will oversee analytics, information management, system optimization, and reporting programs while ensuring data quality, security, and regulatory compliance. Lead and coach informatics staff and bridge diverse teams to drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with publicly funded health systems, especially federal health agencies.
• Hands-on TRICARE and federal healthcare claims data experience and large-scale data pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of informatics, data analytics, or information management experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing large technology or data programs and handling PHI or national security-related data.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Informatics Leader to support the Federal Health Practice. This person will lead data and informatics efforts across the federal health space, working closely with leaders to identify risks, improve execution, and ensure data deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

• 10+ years of experience in informatics, data analytics, or information management, including federal healthcare experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing large technology or data programs and handling PHI or national security-related data.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid or remote role requiring strong self-management and virtual collaboration skills. Typical hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m EST.

Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $115200 to $230400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
