Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Field: Accounting/Finance/Business.
• Extensive experience in government contract compliance and audits (DCAA/DCMA).
• Knowledge of CAS Disclosure Statements and FPRA/Forward Pricing Rate proposals.

Responsibilities

• Guide company on FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance and related disclosures.
• Prepare, revise, and coordinate CAS-related audits and disclosures with DCAA/DCMA.
• Maintain labor and material audit procedures; coordinate floor and material audits with DCAA.
• Prepare annual Incurred Cost Proposals and Forward Pricing Rate proposals with ACO and DCAA.
• Coordinate pre/post award audits (TINA, FMF) and advise on cost accounting changes.
• Mentor compliance staff and oversee workload planning and development.
