Job summary

Quince is seeking a senior procurement leader to shape global raw material strategy, delivering high-quality inputs at scale while driving cost savings and transparency. You will report to the Head of Procurement and guide the company’s sourcing agenda.

Key duties include establishing a monitoring framework for material fluctuations and currency risks; building scalable clean sheets for top inputs to support Tier 1 negotiations; and designing upstream vendor strategies and material RFPs.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years experience in raw material sourcing or commodity procurement.
• Deep knowledge of textile raw materials and experience negotiating with mills and tanneries.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in AI-powered platforms for scenario analysis.
