Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry and is hiring a Senior Manager, Payment Operations to lead accounts payable, billing, and collections across the US, the Philippines, and Colombia. This role centers on procure-to-pay and order-to-cash with strong internal controls to ensure data accuracy at the source.

You will drive vendor master data quality, multi-entity payments, and key metrics such as DSO and cost per transaction while building and mentoring a high-performing team across time

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance, including general ledger or public accounting
• 3+ years leading AP, AR or finance shared services
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environment

Responsibilities

• Own the full procure-to-pay cycle, including vendor setup, invoicing, PO matching and payments
• Lead billing and collections with cash application and aging analysis
• Design and implement controls over procure-to-pay and order-to-cash aligned with SOX/public company standards
• Manage AP/AR subledgers reconciliations and close calendar
• Lead the AP and billing teams with SOPs, training, and quality checks
• Automate invoice capture, approvals, and collections workflows in NetSuite
