Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks an experienced benefits professional to support rapid international growth. The role requires subject matter expertise and market knowledge, with the ability to operationalize strategic initiatives, measure performance and craft program communications.

The candidate will work across roles inside and outside the company, demonstrating collaboration and delivering high-level client service. Hybrid work in LA or NYC is expected with a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree.
  • 8-10+ years’ experience with multinational org or 10+ years’ experience in global benefits design/delivery.
  • Experience designing, administering and ensuring compliance of global benefits.
  • Proven ability to develop and monitor global benefits programs including vendor management, renewals and communications.
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulations, pay transparency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Benefits leadership and HR partners to apply benefits philosophy and strategy into actions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and standards using internal and external resources.
  • Develop internal vendor scorecards and report trends monthly.
  • Support global spend tracking, budget planning and leadership-ready analyses.
  • Develop global communication strategies and templates for messaging.

The Role

We are looking for an experiencedglobal benefits professional to support our rapid growth.This role requires subject matterexpertiseas well asmarket knowledge. Ideal candidate has experience operationalizing strategic initiatives, measuring performance metrics and defining program communications to increase understanding, drive employee engagement and improve program appreciation.

The individual in this role must be comfortable working with individuals in a variety of roles both within and outside of the company. Incumbent willdemonstratestrong collaborative skills and ability to deliver white glove client service.

Responsibilities
  • Work withBenefits leadership and HR partnersto apply the benefits philosophyand strategy into actions whichsupportthebusiness

  • Monitor performance metrics and standards, through internal and external resources

  • Develop internal vendor scorecardin consultation with procurement. Measure trends and report on performance on monthly basis

  • Monitor annual and cyclical global benefits calendar and support local resources as needed fortimelycompletion

  • Trackglobal benefitspend/ budget:Participateinbudget planning,andforecasting. Prepare leadership-ready analysis on performance, cost trends,utilization, risks, employee impact, vendor performance, and investment tradeoffs.

  • Supportdeploymentof multinational funding, governance, and plan design strategies across global markets

  • Support International Benefits and Compensation resources to execute global strategy and philosophy

  • Support International Senior Benefits Manager forrenewals and enrollment strategy, including plan changes, stakeholder alignment, employee communications, leadership engagement, and post-enrollment analysis.

  • Develop global communicationsstrategy themesand templates for global messaging. Work with local resources forappropriate delivery

  • Track effectiveness of communications through employee feedback, dataaccuracyand measurable results

  • Work with international teamand orlocal resources to ensurebenefitsprograms, policies, documentation, vendor processes, and operating practices are compliant, well-controlled,audit-ready.

  • Develop juniorstaffthe benefits team while building capability for future scale.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’sDegree

  • 8-10+years’ experience working with a multi-national organizationor 10+ years’ experience in global benefits design and delivery

  • Experience with the design,administrationand compliance of global benefits

  • Proven experience developing andmonitoringglobal benefits programs, including benefits strategy, plan design, vendor management, renewals, employee communications, and wellbeing programs.

  • Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulations, pay transparencydisclosureand compliancerequirementsetc.

  • Experience supporting benefits across multiple countries or regions, with the ability to balance global consistency with local market practices.

  • Experience in sports, media, and entertainment industry.

  • Acquisition integration experience

  • Ability to move quickly, managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively in cross-functional work

  • Strong organizational, analytical, financial, and project management skills. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and analyze trends

  • Experience evaluatingbenefitsfunding models, including fully insured and self-insured approaches.

  • Experience coachingand influencingteams, including settingprioritiesand supporting team development.

  • Practical fluency with AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies, with sound judgment around confidential employee data, privacy, compliance, and human oversight.

  • Experience withWorkday, benefitsadministration platforms, vendor/broker platforms, or related HR technology is a plus.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in our Los Angeles or New York City office.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $161,000 - $190,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
