Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager to lead GCP security and AI security estates across large-scale transformations. The role requires deep GCP security experience, strong leadership, client service, and business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity/cloud security/strategy or management consulting.
• 5+ years securing GCP environments with security architecture.
• 6+ years leading cloud security, security architecture, or cyber risk programs.
• 4+ years leading teams/delivery in client-service settings and developing security proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive client relationships and Google Cloud and AI security engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Set technical direction for securing GCP environments, including generative AI and ML services, GKE, data protection, encryption, and cloud-native security capabilities.
• Define target-state cloud security operating models, reference architectures, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Drive executive workshops, develop recommendations, and present implementation strategies to client leadership.
• Oversee engagement teams, delivery quality, risk, engagement economics, and coordination across technical workstreams.
• Lead business development, grow client accounts, and build practice eminence through solution development and mentorship.
