Job summary

Brex in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to own the strategy and governance of our core FinSys environment, including ERP and adjacent finance tools. You will design scalable configurations, workflows, and data models to support a fast-growing finance operation.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across finance, accounting, and engineering, mentoring teammates, and delivering durable, automated processes that reduce manual work and improve close cycles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Accounting, or related functions in a public or high-growth company.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Brex’s core Finance and Accounting systems.
• Partner across business units to design and implement durable, automated solutions that improve close and reporting.
