Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience with external financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases, and other SEC filings.
• Perform accounting research and prepare position papers on complex technical matters.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies for consistent U.S. GAAP application.
• Lead cross-functional projects including acquisitions/divestitures and provide stakeholder training.
• Assess and implement new accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
