Superior Construction seeks a Senior Manager - Financial Reporting to lead a small team and deliver accurate financial analyses for operational business lines and segments. The role supports the accounting/FP&A close and interacts with external auditors.
The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, CPA or CCIFP preferred, and 1–2 years construction experience (POC) with travel 30–40% to project sites. A master’s degree is a plus.
The Senior Manager - Financial Reporting position is a high-level financial professional responsible for preparing financial reviews and analyses of operational business lines and segments to support executive-level decision-making on operations. They will also support the accounting and FP&A department with required financial and accounting close-out tasks as required.

This is a full-time exempt position. This position sometimes requires long hours, holidays, and weekend work.
The role has a preference for travel (30-40%) to project sites to partake in project audits that include review of the project equipment schedule and its costs. Accommodation is made for virtual attendance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance or comparable Business Administration Certification programs. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP).
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. 1-2 Years of Construction Experience, specifically with the Percentage of Completion accounting.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
