Divine Resource Solutions is partnering with a high-growth, multi-entity organization to identify a Senior Manager, FP&A – Corporate. This is a highly visible finance leadership role supporting corporate financial planning, business unit performance management, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, FP&A – Corporate is a key member of the Finance team responsible for supporting corporate FP&A processes, business unit performance management, and financial planning activities. This role partners closely with General Managers and functional leaders to provide actionable financial insight, support forecasting and budgeting, and improve data visibility across the organization. The position combines business partnership, financial analysis, and hands‑on systems work, while also supporting acquisition integration and corporate reporting under the direction of FP&A leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
  • Provide a consistent executive‑level point of view on business performance, risks, and opportunities through concise, data‑driven insights.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to General Managers and functional leaders, supporting strategic planning and operational decision‑making.
Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Management
  • Lead forecasting for assigned business units and support the consolidated company forecast.
  • Support the monthly close process through variance analysis, reporting, and coordination with Accounting.
  • Serve as FP&A owner of the annual budget roll‑up.
  • Support consolidation and preparation of internal and external operating review materials.
Reporting & Value Creation
  • Own standard corporate FP&A reporting
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Systems Ownership & Data Integrity
  • Support FP&A administration and maintenance of OneStream and reporting tools.
  • Own FP&A responsibilities within Sigma (PowerBI).
  • Maintain ERP‑to‑Sigma data integrity.
  • Own both the mechanics and the numbers.
M&A Integration & Ongoing Support
  • Lead FP&A onboarding for acquisitions.
  • Ensure accurate ERP‑to‑Sigma data integration for acquired entities.
Experience:
  • 5-9 years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance, or business unit finance experience
  • Experience supporting or owning a business unit, product line, or functional P&L
  • Participation in a monthly forecast process and at least one full annual budget cycle
  • Direct partnership with operational or commercial leadership (e.g., GMs, Sales, Operations, or functional leaders)
  • Hands‑on experience working with ERP financial data and reconciling reporting outputs
  • Experience with EPM systems (OneStream, Hyperion, Adaptive, etc.) and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Sigma, Tableau)
  • Experience analyzing revenue and gross margin drivers
  • Experience explaining financial results to non‑finance stakeholders
  • Acquisition integration or onboarding newly acquired entities
  • Executive presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with corporate consolidations or roll‑ups
  • Experience administering or enhancing financial systems and reporting tools
  • Private equity environment
  • Distribution, industrial, or manufacturing industry experience
