Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct brand P&L management with budgeting, forecasting and trade expenditure planning.
• Analyze monthly performance against forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Control day-to-day brand spending across trade, media and promotions.
• Evaluate price/volume, COGS, and promotion performance with what-if models.
• Act as financial advisor to cross-functional brand teams and communicate insights.

As the Senior Manager, Finance – Oral Care, you will provide financial leadership and direction to drive brand health, profitability, and category growth across US performance . This role serves as the lead financial partner for the Toothbrush category, translating brand strategies into actionable financial plans and fact-based business insights . You will oversee brand P&L management, financial forecasting, and trade spend controls while assessing risk and opportunity scenarios for cross-functional partners . In this position, you will bridge financial analytics with strategic decision-making to optimize long‑term category performance .

Responsibilities:

• Direct brand P&L management by leading annual budgeting, financial forecasting, trade expenditure planning, and net present value (NPV) evaluations for new product launches .
• Analyze monthly performance against financial estimates, identifying key business risks and opportunities to steer decision-making during month‑end closing processes .
• Control day‑to‑day brand spending across trade payments (gross‑to‑net), media, and consumer promotions to optimize budget allocation and commercial impact .
• Evaluate price/volume sensitivity, cost of goods sold (COGS), and promotion performance, building "what‑if" scenario models to capitalize on market opportunities .
• Serve as a key financial advisor to cross‑functional brand teams, effectively communicating business drivers, challenging assumptions, and aligning team strategy .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• 8+ years of diversified financial experience, including direct P&L management experience .
• Systems proficiency in SAP or equivalent enterprise ERP software .
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office Suite .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification .
• At least 3 years of financial experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and U.S. Operations .
• Strong understanding of trade spend management, gross‑to‑net accounting, and consumer promotion analytics .
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial issues clearly, think creatively, and lead cross‑functional collaboration .

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.

• Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
• Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
