Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Senior Manager, Field & Customer Solutions to lead ACM deployment with surgeons and provider sites, coordinating with Commercial and Field Sales teams across multiple regions. The candidate will drive engagement, manage deployments, and monitor metrics while partnering with IT, Legal, and Commercial teams to meet timelines and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Health or Engineering.
• Strong collaboration, partnering, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies ACM customers and partners with Commercial and Field Sales to engage key targets.
• Leads deployment of ACM with customers in assigned regions, including remote and onsite activities.
• Supports ongoing ACM use by customers and Field Sales stakeholders by reviewing metrics and addressing issues.
• Drives awareness and education of ACM to Commercial and Field Sales leaders to boost engagement.
• Indirectly manages and influences stakeholders across multiple teams to meet timelines.
• Builds relationships with Area VPs, Regional Managers, Distributor Principals, and Sales teams.
• Collaborates with FCS Operations and Platform teams on marketing, processes and reporting.
