Job summary

Decisive Point is seeking a Senior Manager Government Affairs to engage with Congress and shape policies for deploying microreactors across U.S. government customers. This role is pivotal in promoting national security and ensuring successful procurement of advanced nuclear systems.

The right candidate will have over 7 years of government affairs experience, particularly in congressional settings. They will work closely with company leadership to drive funding and policy support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in congressional policy, appropriations, or government affairs.
• Experience working on Capitol Hill or closely with Congress.
• Strong understanding of the congressional authorization and appropriations process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute congressional affairs strategy for U.S. government programs.
• Build relationships with Members of Congress and staff.
• Identify opportunities for advanced nuclear system deployment.
