Job summary
IDR, Inc. in Englewood, CO seeks a Manager, F5 & Application Delivery to lead a team responsible for enterprise F5 delivery and web application firewall services. You will ensure availability, performance, and security across a hybrid delivery model and drive modernization through automation.
You will partner with IT leadership, manage vendor relationships, and mentor staff to meet SLA targets while advancing platform improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in medium to large enterprise network/infrastructure environments.
- 2+ years of people-management or team-lead experience.
- Strong F5 BIG-IP expertise across LTM/DNS-GTM/WAF-ASM/SSL offload/DR-BC.
- Experience operating within SLA-driven IT service management practices (ITSM).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team supporting enterprise F5 delivery and WAF services.
- Own platform reliability: availability, performance, security; manage incidents and changes.
- Partner with stakeholders and IT leadership to align delivery with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and offshore managed-services delivery and escalation.
- Drive modernization and automation across the application delivery stack.
