Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to partner with the Group Communications team and report to the Vice President, Executive Communications. You will translate strategy into action by crafting narratives, visuals, and scalable materials that engage employees, customers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes executive presentations, video content, and strategic storytelling across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years professional experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams or group-level priorities.
• Experience developing executive presentations, campaigns, event branding or scalable toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute Group Communications strategies that advance business priorities and executive visibility.
• Develop toolkits, best practices, and resources for consistency and clarity across channels.
• Create executive communications including presentations, speeches, talking points, scripts, and messages.
• Support communications for high-impact events such as customer engagements and industry events.
• Lead internal and change communications to engage employees with enterprise strategy.
• Develop clear business narratives and visuals in line with brand and accessibility standards.
• Support external communications, issues management, and reputation initiatives.
• Measure effectiveness and collaborate with teams to improve and deliver strategic communications.
