Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Integrations

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Integrations. The Senior Manager will define and implement the company’s systems integrations strategy to support overall business objectives. This newly created role aims to transform integration capabilities and develop an Integrations Platform as a Service (iPaaS) to accelerate system integrations, streamline workflows, and automate processes across the organization.

Candidates must have experience with Enterprise Business Systems, HRIS, CRM, ERP Systems, and their intercommunication. This position is 100% remote but can transition to hybrid or onsite in Boston, MA in the future. Candidates must be local to Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the enterprise systems landscape and communication needs to support business operations.
2. Oversee strategic integration initiatives and deliver a secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant iPaaS solution.
3. Build and lead a team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integrations.
4. Optimize performance, quality, and cost through resource management and automation.
5. Manage technical strategies and coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers.
6. Collaborate with Business Systems Teams to prioritize and execute integration requests.
7. Manage multiple projects and contribute to long-term planning.
8. Implement agile development cycles, conduct testing, and oversee deployments.
9. Monitor budgets, review financial reports, and ensure resource alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Minimum of 5 years in an IT enterprise systems leadership role with experience in systems integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Business Systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM) and their interconnections.
• Experience leading integration teams using iPaaS services like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato, with JSON and REST.
• Proven leadership in building high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and driving digital transformation.
• Expertise in DevOps, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, API management, and automated deployment.
• Knowledge of business process management and workflow design.
