Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide CI initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, costing and business cases.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP are highly desirable.
• Ten+ years in business process leadership and CI programs.
• Public utility environment experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute performance excellence initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Lead on business process improvement, program/project management, budgeting, and regulatory guidance.
• Ensure alignment with Corporate Strategy and Benefits Realization post-implementation.
• Develop and maintain CI methodologies and governance across tri-company groups.
• Provide training and mentoring in portfolio and project management.
• Support emergency response activities as assigned.
