Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Capital Planning to lead capital reporting, month-end close, forecasting, and planning for the enterprise portfolio. You will consolidate segment submissions, analyze data, and provide insights to Capital Planning leadership while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Technology and program leads.

The role requires 7+ years in finance, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with multi-stakeholder processes.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant work experience in finance or related discipline.
Experience leading complex financial reporting, forecasting, planning, or portfolio processes involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to evaluate investment assumptions and synthesize results into management insights.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data reconciliation, scenario analysis, and executive presentation development.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end close and capital reporting with validation, reconciliations, variance analysis and management reporting.
Lead forecasting and Operating Plan support; evaluate investment pacing, funding needs, affordability, risks and opportunities.
Deliver executive reporting and portfolio insights for senior leadership and governance forums.
Support investment analysis by reviewing business cases and challenging assumptions.
Monitor portfolio performance and connect approved plans to actual investments and milestones.
Maintain data governance and reporting integrity across actuals, forecasts and reports.
Serve as SME for capital planning systems and drive enhancements and adoption.
Build cross-functional alignment and coach analysts as needed.
