Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years leading engineers or engineering managers.
• Deep, hands-on experience in the .NET / C# ecosystem across modern and older framework applications.
• Demonstrated delivery on Microsoft Azure — compute, integration, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD.
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery across multiple concurrent teams or product lines, including capacity planning, sprint execution, quality, and production support.
• Experience designing or delivering integration / messaging architectures (pub/sub, event-driven, or service-bus) and migrating off legacy ETL tooling.
• Track record modernizing or maintaining an established application portfolio while shipping new capabilities in parallel.
• Experience managing external delivery partners alongside full-time staff.
• Strong architecture and technical judgment; able to communicate decisions to both engineers and executives.
• Preferred delivery experience with AI/LLM applications — retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration frameworks, agentic patterns, and AI-in-the-SDLC practices
