Job summary

David is building a high-growth food platform and seeks an experienced head of supply planning in New York City. This role owns end-to-end supply planning, including manufacturing and procurement, and leads the core S&OP process from a supply perspective.

The leader will collaborate with sales, finance and marketing to align plans with company growth. The successful candidate will drive capacity planning, planning system improvements, and cross-functional execution, shaping the organization as

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply planning or S&OP with leadership responsibilities.
• End-to-end planning across manufacturing, procurement, inventory and capacity.
• Experience owning cross-functional S&OP/IBP process.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and executive communication skills.
• Experience building scalable planning processes in a high-growth environment.
• In-office role based in New York City, onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning across manufacturing & procurement.
• Lead and improve the monthly S&OP process; drive cross-functional alignment.
• Translate demand into production and procurement plans balancing demand, inventory, capacity and finances.
• Lead Supply Review and Executive S&OP meetings with senior leadership.
• Drive scenario planning; communicate supply risks, capacity constraints and opportunities.
• Own master production planning across the co-manufacturing network.
• Develop capacity plans to support growth and communicate opportunities.
• Lead FG buffer alignment discussions and supply allocation decisions.
• Develop planning technology roadmap and automate processes.
• Lead cross-functional planning for new product launches and strategic initiatives.
